Krista joined the Connor|Caitlin team in 2015 after graduating from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography.  A proven researcher, Krista brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our company in her methodology.  Most notably was her active participation in a project sponsored in accordance with NOAA Center for Atmospheric Sciences. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition department, Krista partners with our clients to understand their unique candidate profile, project requirements and objectives and then diligently sources passive candidates with qualitative or quantitative research in a time sensitive manner.  Krista also leads social media efforts for the Connor|Caitlin team.  Krista currently resides in Medina, OH
